IBPS Probationary officers Exams Indian Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) – is an Exam conducted by Indian Banking personnel selection board. Those who are interested in bank employment can crack IBPS for getting employed as Probationary officers / Management trainees / Specialist officers. Nationalized banks will offer job for selected candidates from IBPS. IBPS doesn’t conduct exams for posts in all the banks at a time. A common examination for PO posts will be conducted by the banks
